Terms of Use — Minecraft Monitoring

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the administration of the Minecraft server monitoring service (hereinafter — the "Service") and the user. By using the Service, you accept the terms of this Agreement in full.

2. Rules of Use

When using the Service, the user agrees to:

• Provide accurate information when adding servers
• Not post spam, advertisements, or malicious links in comments
• Not use vote or rating manipulation tools
• Not violate the rights of other users or third parties

3. Adding Servers

When adding a server to the monitoring, the user guarantees that they are the owner or administrator of the server, or have the right to list it. The administration reserves the right to remove a server without explanation if rules are violated.

4. Voting and Rankings

Voting for servers is voluntary. Each user can vote for a server once per set time period. Attempts to manipulate votes (using bots, VPNs, proxies, or other means) will result in vote reset and server blocking.

5. Paid Services

The Service provides paid server promotion services (TOP, VIP). Payment is made through available payment systems. Funds credited to the balance are non-refundable. Promotion pricing and conditions may be changed without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service administration is not responsible for the content of servers listed in the monitoring, nor for the actions of their owners. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation and are not responsible for any data loss.

7. Agreement Changes

The administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you accept them in full.
